Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already begun processing. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We pack every order with care. If your product arrives damaged (broken or defective), let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing a clear photo of the damage to lee@cosimom.com.
Please note: damaged packaging (e.g. dented box) with a functional product is not considered damage. We do not replace or refund items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or normal use.
