Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are considered dispatched once handed to our shipping partner and in transit. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier performance. Once dispatched, your package will arrive within the estimated delivery window for your country.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or cancel your order.

If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll contact you within 3 business days to confirm. If no response is received, your order may be canceled.

Need to make a change? Email us at lee@cosimom.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee changes after this period.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim for timely deliveries, certain factors—such as weather, courier delays, or customs—may cause unexpected delays.

We’ll work closely with our shipping partners and keep you informed throughout. However, Cosimom cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at lee@cosimom.com. While this is outside of our direct control, we’ll support you through the courier’s claim process.

We also recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation and investigation outcome.

Please note: Cosimom is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipping, but we will do our best to help you find a resolution.
